5-6 LG boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup chicken broth
1tsp minced garlic (or garlic salt/powder)
1 1/2 sticks margarine or Buttah
Salt & pepper to taste (onion salt optional)
Crock pot on Low for 4-5 hrs
Until chicken can be shredded easily with two forks 😁
You can make anything from this chicken:
Buffalo chicken dip
Chicken Caesar salad
Chicken pot pie……..
