Ingredients: 1 Kg Pork Meat (Pork Bellies or Liempo) (Cut into 2″ Sizes), 1 Kg Chicken (Thighs and Legs) (Chopped), 5 Cloves Garlic (Chopped), 2 Pcs Medium Size Shallots (Sibuyas Tagalog) (Chopped), 1 Cup Soy Sauce (Toyo), 1 1/2 Cups White Vinegar (Sukang Paombong), 1 1/2 Tsp Whole Black Peppercorns (Pamintang Buo), 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (or any other Cooking Oil), 1 Cup Water
