Last Friday was get away day and I wanted to cook up something tasty while we packed our bags for a long weekend out of town.
Here we have some boneless & skinless chicken thighs rubbed down with our Chik N’ Rib Rub and cooked on the Pit Barrel Cooker.
Sauced with both YKYWI Carolina Style BBQ Sauce and Tuscany Gourmet’s BBQ Sauce & Glaze.
