Jungli Chicken Fry (Joyee’s Kitchen Special) Recipe:

Jungli Chicken Fry:
04 pcs chicken legs
02 inch cinnamon stick
04 pcs cloves
04 pcs cardamom
02 large onion sliced
02 large chopped tomato
01 tbs ginger garlic paste
01 tsp turmeric powder
02 tsp chili powder
01 tsp cumin powder
1 ½ tsp coriander powder
08 to 10 curry leaves
½ cup coconut milk
02 green chili chopped
02 green chili split
½ cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste and oil for cooking.
Heat the pan put oil, when oil become hot add whole garam masala, slice onion, split chili, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and cook until the onion become golden brown, add tomato, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, cook for 03 minutes, add chicken with salt and cook for 05 minutes on high flame, add 01 cup of water, cook for 15 minutes with lid, add coconut milk and cook until the gravy become dry, then add chopped chili, coriander leaves, now mixed well and cooked fully dry then serve.
