Ginger garlic paste – 1tbspn
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes – 3 thinly sliced
Yoghurt – 1 cup
Red Chilli powder- 1tablespoon
Red Chilli flakes – 1teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1tbspn
Garam Masala powder- 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder- 1teaspoon
Kasuri methi- 1tablespoon
Ginger – 1tablespoon thinly cut
Coriander leaves
Butter
Salt to taste
Oil – 4 to 5 tbspn
