This is the PERFECT recipe for any gathering! It’s easy, fast, and delicious! This recipe works perfectly in an Instant Pot, Power Pressure XL, or any other electric pressure cooker.
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Cheese Dip Recipe:
– 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast
– 1 cup of hot sauce (we used Frank’s Wing Sauce)
– 1 stick of butter
– 1 packet of Ranch dip mix
– 8 ounces of cream cheese
– 16 ounces of cheddar cheese
Put all ingredients (except cheddar cheese) into your electric pressure cooker. Cook for 15 minutes. Shred chicken with a fork or electric mixer, stir in cheddar cheese, enjoy!
