鹽酥雞 Popcorn Chicken [點Cook Guide]



雞胸肉 1pcs(~180g) Chicken Breast
蒜頭 10g Garlic
生抽 3tsp Soy Sauce
砂糖 1tsp Sugar
紹興酒 1tsp Shao Sing Chiew
五香粉 1/8tsp Five Spices Powder
木薯粉 45g Tapioca Starch
胡椒鹽 1/8tsp Pepper Salt

1. 雞肉切粒,蒜頭壓成蓉備用
2. 雞肉加入蒜蓉、生抽、砂糖、酒及五香粉拌均醃30分鐘待入味
3. 加入木薯粉並沾均,靜待約兩分鐘
4. 雞肉中火炸約1-2分鐘至微微金黃色且熟,撈起瀝乾油分,放置約一分鐘
5. 大火加熱油後加入雞肉,炸至金黃色即成
